Filipino citizens who are part of the PRESENT PHILIPPINE SOCIETY. These people are the best representations of the characters in Rizal’s novels.

1. Padre Damaso- a spanish friar, he used his power as a priest.  He is talkative priest. cruel in nature. He is antagonist to Chrisostomo Ibarra nd meddled about his relationship with Maria Clara. In today's society, priest or friars should  teach only about God and not meddle in politics or other government issue.

I consider Edu Gariguez  just like Padre Damaso He is a friar but meddled in Maria Ressa, Rappler's editor in chief cyber libel case. He condemned the Regional Trial Court for convicting Maria Ressa.

2. Don Timoteo  -  He is a rich and well known businessman. He has business venture with Simeon. But although he is rich he would trick people. He bribed authorities for his benefits. There are many businessman  and people today who are also greed doing whatever it takes just to take advantage of people.

I consider Celso Delos Angeles Jr as Don Timoteo a fraud and prankster man.  Celso is a rich man owner of  Housing Finance But he is convicted to estafa by DOJ because he drained investors and bank funds of 5. 37 billion pesos.

3. Kapitan Tiyago-  a rich Filipino and elite member of rich society at that time. He owns some  properties in Manila. He is a rich parent who wants to make sure that his daughter Maria Clara would marry a rich man also. Elite Filipino of today also would be the same as him who want their children to be successful and marry a  rich person someday.

I consider Manny Villar a wealthy billionaire in the Philippines as Kapitan Tiyago. He was in politics before. Just like Kapitan Tiyago he would want his children to be successful just like him. Mark Villar became a senator too as well as Camille Villar who is also in politics. His other son Manuel Jr. managed their other businesses.

4. Doña Victorina-  is a socialite and friend of kapitan Tiyago and wife of Don Tiburcio they care about their social status. They associate themselves with other elite to gain more influencial image a very typical image of today filipino elite.

I consider Heart Evangelista as Doña Victorina of today. She is socialite woman. She is popular today not only in the Philippines but is making a name in other countries as well, she is becoming a  fashion icon. She is married to an influential man that makes her image to become more popular.

5. Crisostomo Ibarra- son of wealthy ancestor. He studied in Europe and a very well educated man. He hated oppression. He liked to improved the country and believed that education will help in reforming the youth minds.

I consider Sandro Marcos the son of President Elect Bong Bong Marcos and grandchild of former Ferdinand Marcos just like Chrisostomo Ibarra both came from wealthy and influential ancestors. He also studied abroad like Ibarra. He is well educated and very influential but remains humble and down to earth. Now that he is young member of the house of representative I believed he has plans in improving the youth's mind just like Ibarra.

My First Snow Experience

I come from the Philippines which has a tropical climate, and I have always been fascinated by snow, even as a child. I had only ever seen the snow, which resembles tiny cotton candy falling from the sky, in movies. When I was on tour in Georgia and Armenia, I encountered snow for the first time. Traveling through these two stunning Eastern European nations was a wonderful opportunity. We started off by flying to Armenia on our journey. By 10pm, we arrived at Zvartnots International Airport. There, we got our visit visa. It was really freezing, when we first left the airport, and I recall wearing a sweater, jeans, and boots. It resembled a warm welcome to a winter paradise. I put on my coat immediately. After that, we spent the next six hours traveling by land to Georgia. The border is also where we obtained our visitor's visa. When we got to our hotel, it was around 4 a.m. Our accommodations were pleasant and cozy. Their bedroom was decorated in a modern Renaissance style. We cons...

Do you have a healthy diet?

Do you have a healthy diet?  I won't say that I always have a healthy diet or a healthy eating habits but still I'm trying too. Why? I have breakfast in the morning but because of my workload it is not always big. I cook my meals everyday and have variety of fresh ingredients but twice a week I have processed food that I include in the cooking. Because of my busy schedule I sometimes eat a little late  I try to drink adequate water about 2 liters. I avoid drinking coffee. I eat sweets about once a month and in moderation. I go out or order food online about 2 times a month. 2. If I'm busy and hungry and there is a new restaurant with menu labeling I might shrug off the label and proceed with any of my order. If I am not and just want to have the meal. I will eat the meal in moderation. I also order lighter meal.  I will explain here about my eating habit. My breakfast is not always big. It is consists of oatmeal, bread and butter, boiled egg and banana. I think it's...
